Geoff holds a Bachelor of Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management. After many successful years involved in education, training and facilitating professional development initiatives, Geoff's career progressed into the recruitment industry, where he has since specialised over the last 12 years.
Geoff's career in recruitment began with a small, locally based boutique recruitment firm that worked across the broad spectrum of management positions. His background in training, education and people development saw him develop a highly successful career in recruitment and consequently over many years Geoff has been instrumental in assisting many of WA's commercial private and publicly listed companies with their people needs.
By 1997, Geoff's success and reputation in recruitment lead him to be headhunted into a State Manager position with a major global recruitment company, where he assumed responsibility for the commercial success of three offices within the state. Geoff has served in positions of Consultant, General Manager, Branch Manager and State Manager for locally based, national and international recruitment firms in Western Australia. Over more than 12 years in the recruitment industry he has embraced and played a part in many of the changes and innovations seen in today's recruitment practices.
Natasha's career within the recruitment industry spans 15 years. She commenced her career with an international recruitment company in the UK. Specialising in placing temporary personnel she recruited both white collar and light industrial staff for a diverse range of companies. On returning to Perth she secured an administrative position with a boutique recruitment firm in West Perth. It wasn't long until she was head hunted and accepted the new challenge of an office management role, responsible for the establishment of all administrative functions of a start up recruitment company. Twelve months later, again she was head hunted to join a major global recruitment firm where she was employed for five years. Within this tenure Natasha demonstrated her versatility and skills by serving in the positions of Manager - Temporary Division, Manager - Permanent Division and Business Development Manager. Again she was approached and accepted the opportunity to advance her career. She was invited to join a national recruitment company as Manager of their Secretarial Branch, specialising in placing both temporary and permanent personnel within the mining and engineering sectors. With such longevity and a broad first hand knowledge of the industry, Natasha's success in placing office staff is unparalleled. Her ability to prosper in this fast paced industry with such drive and genuine loyalty to her clients and candidates alike, are testament to her fierce determination to succeed.
Tina has worked in the recruitment industry since 1980. She initially joined a highly successful recruitment group in Johannesburg, South Africa where she learnt her profession and two years later was asked by the directors to open a branch in Cape Town. The challenge was duly accepted.
Tina's success and reputation in the industry lead her to be head hunted by a leading Cape Town recruitment consultancy. She joined the Key Recruitment Group as a senior consultant and worked for them for a ten year period, breaking service to start a family.
Tina found her niche in the legal field and has specialised in this area ever since. With an undeniable ability to build strong relationships with her clients she is able to understand the needs and cultures of the different firms. Tina is well respected within the legal fraternity for her professionalism and commitment to servicing her clients with high calibre candidates.
In 1999, Tina immigrated with her family to Australia. She joined a small WA owned recruitment consultancy and again specialized in the legal profession. Her standard of excellence soon became known within the WA legal profession. She is widely recognised as a person with integrity acting in the best interest of both the candidate and the client.
Tina was welcomed at Recruitment Partners in March 2005 and continues to provide outstanding service within the industry.
Sharon's career commenced at the Front Office of the Sheraton Perth Hotel, where for five years, as the 'face' of the hotel, she developed and finely tuned her customer service skills. It was then that she decided to head off overseas for a four year working holiday. Opportunities abound and she was soon heavily in demand before accepting a role as Office Manager/Account Executive for an international advertising/marketing agency in Edinburgh, Scotland. During her tenure in the United Kingdom, Sharon also found time to complete a Diploma in Sales & Marketing at the Institute of Sales Promotion, London.
On her return to Perth in 1997, Sharon re-united her ties with the hospitality industry, where she worked in Sales and Marketing roles at both Burswood Resort Hotel and Rydges Perth Hotel. Her boundless energy, genuine interest in people and first class personality ensured that their clients were always her first priority.
In 2001, she decided on a career change and subsequently commenced with DBM Australia, a global human capital management services firm, as their Client Services Manager. After a 3 year tenure with DBM, Sharon commenced as Office Manager at Recruitment Partners, before moving into a role as a Consultant where she has forged strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
